MAPEX^® Polyamide compound series

MAPEX® product line comprises a full range of polyamide 6 (Nylon 6), polyamide 66 (Nylon 66), including impact-modified, mineral-reinforced, glass fiber reinforced, and flame-retardant grades.

In addition to virgin-based materials, MAPEX® also offers PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) nylon compounds. The PCR content can be customized according to customer and OEM requirements, while maintaining stable mechanical performance, processability, and appearance consistency through advanced compounding and strict quality control technologies.

Selected MAPEX® PCR nylon compounds can be developed to comply with customer sustainability targets and relevant third-party certifications (such as GRS or equivalent, upon request), supporting CO₂ reduction and circular economy initiatives.

MAPEX® product line provides well-balanced properties, including high strength, high rigidity, high toughness, abrasion resistance, and good surface appearance.
