- Low moisture absorption, good dimensional stability
- High flexural and tensile strength, can replace Metal parts
- Good heat resistance, some specifications meet NSF, WRAS, ACS, KTW
- Excellent long-term heat aging resistance, some specifications can be continyously used at temperatures above 150°C
Molding conditions:
- Drying conditions:100~120°C,time:2~4 hours
- Injection temperature:280~325°C
- Mold temperature:100~140°C
