  • High flexural and tensile strength, can replace Metal parts
  • Good heat resistance, some specifications meet NSF, WRAS, ACS, KTW
  • Excellent long-term heat aging resistance, some specifications can be continyously used at temperatures above 150°C
Molding conditions:
  • Drying conditions:100~120°C,time:2~4 hours
  • Injection temperature:280~325°C
  • Mold temperature:100~140°C

  • Excellent high temperature characteristics, some Specifications heat distortion temperature >280°C and UL94 V0 grade, applicable to lead-free (SMT) process requirements
