Antistatic / Conductive Compounds

Description

Electrostatic discharge (ESD) is a common phenomenon encountered in daily life. When static electricity accumulates on the surface of insulating materials through friction, electrostatic discharge may occur, potentially damaging sensitive electronic components. In flammable or explosive environments, ESD can also pose a serious safety hazard.

The antistatic and conductive compounds developed by Ginar technology Co., Ltd. are designed to effectively minimize these risks. All compounds are manufactured in high-cleanliness production facilities and feature low contamination, low ionic content, and low volatile organic compounds (VOC), making them ideal for semiconductor and cleanroom applications.

Our materials are widely used in semiconductor wafer handling systems, including Front Opening Unified Pods (FOUPs), reticle (photomask) pods, and other wafer carriers. Customized compound development is also available to meet specific customer requirements.
